• Payments: handled by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers.

• To provide onsite services, generate invoices, and communicate with customers.
• To process payments via Stripe.
• To secure and operate our sites and internal systems.

Who processes your data

• Stripe (payments & invoicing)
• SendGrid (transactional email)
• DigitalOcean (hosting)

These providers act as processors; their privacy notices apply as well (e.g., Stripe’s at stripe.com/privacy).

Retention

Operational records (invoices, payments, service logs) are retained as required for business, tax, and legal purposes.

Security

We embed Stripe’s hosted payment components so card data is sent directly to Stripe. We use industry-standard security controls on our servers.
